Mollie Cline is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Louisiana. She received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She completed additional training in Alexandria, Louisiana and Leesville, Louisiana following her graduation. After getting married in 2014, she moved to Lafayette, Louisiana and began working at a hospital focusing on pediatric outpatient therapy. It was there that she had the opportunity to work closely with physicians, as well as families and other disciplines to hone her skills in the treatment of the autism population.
Mollie believes without question that the role of speech therapy is to fill in the developmental gaps so that the child’s foundation is strengthened for further learning. Mollie describes her experiences in Lafayette as team driven, "While working in Lafayette, I learned the value of not only working with fellow therapists, but also the importance of working with physicians and the families of the client."

Mollie believes therapy is a highly rewarding experience for her by watching, not only the client's abilities grow, but also the families interactions improve because of the added communication and understanding that targeted therapy brings to the table. Mollie develops strong bonds with the children she treats and works well with a team to strategize the best course of treatment. Mollie is always seeking new knowledge and methods to benefit her clients.
