Welcome to my practice here at Family Solutions!  My goal is to help you to bring positive changes to your life, sometimes hard to do on your own.  Working through existing unhappiness is necessary to make way for positive change.

I bring more than 3 decades of therapeutic experience to my private practice.  I offer a Transpersonal perspective, incorporating an wholistic sensitivity to issues of body, mind and spirit, necessary for true healing.  I am a lifelong Christian.  I am a widow, caretaker for my elderly mother, and two Labrador Retrievers.
