Her formal training is in Marriage and Family Therapy, and she enjoys using a systems approach to help clients resolve individual and relational distress. Lauren has specific experience working with addiction, depression, anxiety, early adulthood, and adolescents. She enjoys working with couples and families. In her free time, she enjoys doing art and spending time with her friends and family.
