Providing therapy in a controlled environment can allow our therapists the opportunity to utilize a more intensive form of instructional control. We realize that some behaviors are better served in clinical settings and we have created a stimuli rich environment to assist in treatment.

Providing therapy in the natural environment promotes better generalization to the changes in behavior. Home-based and school-based therapies allow the therapist to observe and change socially significant behaviors in the same place they occur. Home and school-based clients are selected based on the needs of the child and the availability of treatment. If you are interested in home or school-based treatment options they will be discussed during your initial consultation.

Initial consultation services are not covered by insurance. Current consultation rates are set at $125.00 per hour.

Yes, Louisiana Medicaid will fund ABA therapy. A psychological evaluation including a diagnosis and an order for ABA therapy is required for coverage of services.

Many private insurance companies will cover ABA Therapy for individuals diagnosed with Autism, Asperger's Syndrome or Pervasive Developmental Disorder. A psychological evaluation and an order for ABA therapy are required for coverage of ABA services. Insurance coverage for services will be assessed prior to treatment or initial evaluation. As a courtesy, our office will check coverage for you.
