Our Counseling Center serves all ages, while our our Pediatric Therapy Clinic can benefit children ranging from newborn up to age 18, and our ABA Therapy Clinic serves ages 2-14.

The age requirement for Psychiatric Services depends on a number of factors unique to each individual patient.

Yes, Family Solutions welcomes referrals from various sources, including schools, pediatricians, and community organizations. 

Family Solutions provides comprehensive autism evaluations involving a multidisciplinary team, including a child psychiatrist, psychologist, speech therapist, occupational therapist, and behavior analyst. The evaluation process is designed to be thorough and is typically completed in one to two days.

ABA therapy at Family Solutions is individualized, focusing on the unique needs of each child. Therapy sessions are conducted by trained professionals and are designed to improve specific behaviors and skills. 

Yes, clients often receive concurrent therapies, such as counseling, ABA, and Pediatric Therapies (Physical, Occupational and/or Speech Therapy), with coordinated care plans to ensure comprehensive treatment. 

Wait times vary depending on the service and location. For the most accurate information, it's recommended to contact the specific department directly. 

Clinic hours are: 

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. 

Yes, telehealth services are available for counseling and some intake processes, depending on client needs and insurance policies. 

Family Solutions is an in-network provider for several insurance companies, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, TRICARE, UMR, United Behavioral Health, United Health Care, Vantage, Medicaid, and Medicare. 

Please check with your insurance provider that the type of service you are seeking is covered by your plan.

Yes, the administrative team assists with pre-authorizations and benefit checks for covered services. 

Family Solutions offers sliding scale fees for eligible clients and can connect families with funding resources where applicable. 

With appropriate consent, Family Solutions provides regular updates and collaborates on care coordination. 

Families are integral to the treatment process. With appropriate consent in accordance with HIPAA regulations, we involve families in many different ways. Particularly with ABA and Pediatric Therapy, families are actively involved in goal-setting, parent training, and regular progress reviews.
