Haley is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC 1731448) with a background in school counseling. She supports individuals of all ages as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief, identity exploration, and personal growth. Haley takes a holistic, client-centered approach, integrating mindfulness, play and sand tray therapy, and expressive arts techniques to support healing. She also draws from her training as a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher, honoring the connection between the body and mind.

With experience across the lifespan, Haley tailors each session to her clients' unique needs. She uses creative, strength-based strategies to foster emotional regulation, resilience, and self-advocacy, empowering clients to take an active role in their growth.

Outside the counseling room, Haley finds fulfillment as a wife to her husband, Fletcher, and mother to their daughter, Freya. She enjoys time outdoors, gardening, yoga, running, crafting, music, and other creative outlets that bring balance and joy to her life and work.
