Kaitlyn is a provisionally licensed professional counselor and marriage and family therapist passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families find clarity, connection, and healing. She works with children, adolescents, teens, and couples using a solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) approach—helping clients identify strengths, build on what’s working, and move toward meaningful change.

During her graduate training, Kaitlyn had the privilege of working with clients across a range of life experiences and challenges, an experience that continues to shape her deep respect for each person’s unique story. Whether clients are navigating relationship issues, family dynamics, emotional struggles, or simply feeling stuck, she offers a warm, supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Kaitlyn believes therapy doesn’t have to be a lifelong journey—it can be a focused, collaborative process that brings relief, insight, and lasting growth. Her goal is to help clients move forward with confidence and compassion, at their own pace.
