Susan McMillian holds a Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling from Capella University.  Susan is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #8104) and provides counseling to individuals, adults, couples, and families.

Susan is a retired police officer and was a trained negotiator and member of the Crisis Intervention Team, CIT.  Susan is an advocate for mental health and wellness for first responders and promotes proactive methods of reducing symptoms of PTSD and related disorders.  She is trained in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD), Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing (EMDR).
