Lauren is a provisionally licensed marriage and family therapist and provisionally licensed professional counselor. She earned both her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (2025) and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (2020) from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Her passion lies in helping individuals, couples, families, and children navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships.

To her, the relationship between therapist and client is the heart of the healing process. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She is deeply influenced by the Satir Experiential Model, which emphasizes authenticity, emotional growth, and meaningful connection.

She works with a wide range of concerns including relationship and family issues, communication struggles, life transitions, and personal growth. Whether you are coming to therapy as an individual, couple, or family, She will walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.

Outside of the therapy room, She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. They keep her grounded and continually inspire her understanding of love, connection, and resilience.
