Francis Martinez Eneman is a Licensed Professional Counselor (# 5948) registered in the state of Louisiana providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Francis received her Masters of Arts in Marriage of Family Therapy and a Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Francis was born in Honduras and grew up in West Monroe, LA. She is bilingual in Spanish and understands the culture.

Francis specializes in counseling individuals, couples, and families. She has experience working with clients in crisis situations and families going through life transitions such as suicidal ideations, self-harm, depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, school behavior, substance abuse,divorce, trauma and grief. Francis has a soft spot for families dealing with medical diagnosis and treatments. She believes staying emotionally connected and empowered through medical treatments helps to the overall wellbeing of the individual.

Francis has a passion for multicultural counseling. She believes that a person’s culture shapes who they are. Francis believes that every individual has the potential to create change within his or her system with the right tools.  All behavior makes sense when one understands the context. Francis meets the clients where they are and helps them in their journey to finding hope, healing, and a healthier life. Francis is very direct and solution focus oriented.  She is warm, client-focused, non-judgmental and supportive.

Francis is married and a mother of 2 girls. In her free time she likes to spend time with her family, watch her girls play sports, read, and travel.
